Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and Diners Club. We also accept payment by PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Facebook Pay.

Where is my refund?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of
these apply, please contact us at store@yhamaclothing.com with photos of wrong/damaged
items and we’ll sort that out for you.

We aim to process refunds as soon as possible. Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. We’ll contact you by email to let you know when your refund has been processed.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to most regions worldwide. Please check this detailed breakdown before ordering to make sure we can deliver to your geographical location:

We don’t ship to some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations. 

The list of restricted countries may change depending on world events, but for now, we don’t ship to the following destinations

  • Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine
  • Russia
  • Belarus
  • Ecuador
  • Cuba
  • Iran
  • Syria
  • North Korea 

Due to the impacts related to the Covid-19 pandemic and other unrelated service disruptions, our shipping carriers also don’t offer international shipping to the following countries (last updated on Sep 23, 2022):

When will my order arrive?

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time
depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
● USA: 3–4 business days
● Europe: 6–8 business days
● Australia: 2–14 business days
● Japan: 4–8 business days
● International: 10–20 business days

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at store@yhamaclothing.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

How do I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via store@yhamaclothing.com, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. 

Can I alter my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you have made an error in your order and would like it changed, please email us IMMEDIATELY at store@yhamaclothing.com. Once we begin fullfulling your order any further changes will not be allowed.

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. It’s quick and easy to create an account. Just visit https://yhamaclothing.com/account/register and follow the instructions on-screen.

Can I return or exchange an item?

We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let
us know by contacting us at store@yhamaclothing.com!

My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, faulty or you received the wrong item(s), please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team via store@yhamaclothing.com with the details. We’ll respond within 48 hours.
